Creating safe and effective programming is our top priority, and we want to make sure you get the most out of your time and effort!  Please be sure to consider any pre-requisites or restrictions in the group class descriptions before signing up.

PILATES GROUP REFORMER

Reformer classes will not only challenge your body they will change your life. With the use of spring resistance, reformer classes offer a dynamic way to strengthen and define your most illusive muscle groups. Our intelligent programs and watchful instructors guarantee you will see tangible results, so you can focus on making meaningful mind and body connections that can be applied to all aspects of life. 50 minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. 

Pilates Reformer: Beginner (Level I) 

An open level class resistance based class, focused on building a strong foundation and understanding of Pilates. This total body workout is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or working through injuries, but is challenging enough for experienced students who want to refine their skills and concentrate on the fundamentals. Recommended prerequisite: Open level class. Not appropriate for clients who are pregnant

Pilates Reformer: Sculpt + Refine (Level II)

An intermediate level class focused on developing proficiency and understanding the mechanics of Pilates. This total body workout is ideal for all Pilates lovers. Recommended prerequisite: 10 Reformer I classes at PSLB or other contemporary Pilates training. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant.

Pilates Reformer: Advanced Techniques (Level III)

An advanced level class focused on technique, challenging coordination, balance, and control. This total body workout is ideal for those who want to push themselves to their limits with complex and creative choreography. Recommended Prerequisite: 20-30 Sculpt + Refine classes at PSLB or other contemporary Pilates training. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 


Pilates Mat Class

Find your core. Mat classes are at the heart every Pilates routine. Utilizing your body weight vs. gravity classes are uniquely challenging on all levels, requiring self-discipline, awareness, precision and control. EVERYTHING learned in a mat class can be performed at home or while traveling, making these classes a valuable tool for any enthusiast. Expect to sculpt a long lean body that is strong and stable to the core. 

Pilates Mat: Basic Fundamentals (Level I)

An open level gravity based class, focused on building a strong foundation and understanding of Pilates. Props are used to help guide the body into proper alignment and to safely aide flexibility. This total body workout is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or working through injuries, but is challenging enough for experienced students who want to refine their skills and concentrate on the fundamentals. Not appropriate for clients who are pregnant. 

Pilates Mat: Precision + Flow (Level II)

Building upon a strong and stable core, movements become more fluid with an emphasis on precise alignment. This dynamic class incorporates small inversions and movement sequences to challenge flexibility, stability and coordination in all planes of motion. Recommended prerequisite: 10 Basic Fundamentals mat classes classes at PSLB or other contemporary Pilates training. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant.

Pilates Mat: Advanced Techniques (Level III)

An advanced class pushes the limits of technique, endurance and control. This total body workout is for strong, healthy clients looking to push their personal limits with challenging sequences, inversions and complex choreography that draw from a deep mind-body connection. Recommended prerequisite: 20-30 Precision + Flow mat classes classes at PSLB or other contemporary Pilates training. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant.
